What if I need to change or cancel my order?

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Most of our items have measurement guides or size charts. Please refer to them. If however you are not sure please email us for assistance. 


What currency are your prices in?

We are based in Geneva, Switzerland and all items are priced in CHF, Swiss francs. But you may use our currency converter to see the prices in other currencies. 


What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track it and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Are the prices with VAT included ?

For orders within Switzerland the VAT is included of 7.7%.

For international orders we do not charge any VAT so any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Marble Hive cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.


What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. Returned items must have not been worn, altered, or washed and must have the MARBLE HIVE tag and the tags that came with the item still attached. Cosmetics items must not have been opened or used. Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or colour only upon availability. Exchanges are not available for international orders. Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
